We offer hourly and monthly simulator subscription plans

Our facility has 24-hour access, 7 days a week, for our clients. We have two Redbird FMX full motion flight simulators, which are FAA-certified Advanced Aviation Training Devices (AATDs). We offer the following aircraft/avionics configurations: Cessna 172 with G-1000, Cessna 172 steam gauge with 530/430, Beechcraft Baron 58 with G-1000. Two private briefing rooms with internet access, whiteboard, and a large monitor that are available for 30 minutes before and after your simulator session. We offer no flight instruction. This is a bring-your-own-CFI facility, or you can use the simulators on your own. These AATDs have a Letter of Authorization from the FAA that allows you to log 2.5 hours PPL, 20 hours IFR, and 50 hours commercial. Please refer to the LOA and QAG clarifications.

  DC Flight Simulator is honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. The sim feels so real and detailed, it’s like actually being in the cockpit. The setup is smooth, the staff are super nice, and they make the whole thing easy and fun.
For the price, you really can’t beat it. You get way more value than what you pay for, and it’s perfect whether you’re training, practicing, or just wanting to try something new. Definitely recommend it!

  Awesome clean facility, great sims, super easy 24 access to support IFR combat training.  The owner operator is very easy to work with and gets you up and running fast.  My only comment is I wish there were more locations….we need as many DC flight simulators in SoCal as there Blockbusters in 1995!
